Physiotherapist
Riley earned his ‘Masters of Physiotherapy’ from the University of Technology Sydney in 2024. He had previously graduated from a ‘Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science’ at the University of the Sunshine Coast in 2022. In 2025, Riley completed the ‘Sports Physiotherapy Australia, Level 1 Sports Course’. In 2024 Riley was the ‘Head Sports Trainer’ for the Sydney Swans AFL Women’s Team working at the club’s ‘High Performance Centre’, at Moore Park in Sydney.
Growing up, Riley played representative AFL, touch football, and athletics, which ignited his passion for Physiotherapy. He is now interested in musculoskeletal and sports injuries, helping athletes and active individuals recover and perform at their best.
A proud Aboriginal practitioner from the Northern Territory, Riley is passionate about Indigenous health. He has been actively involved in numerous Indigenous programs. In 2024, he travelled with the Sydney Swans AFL Club as a Physiotherapist helping to deliver an Indigenous Football (AFL) festival in remote Northern Territory, focusing on smoking cessation initiatives. That same year, he was also a coach for the ‘Sydney Swans First Nations AFL Academy’.
When he’s not at The Knee Joint Sports Physiotherapy, you’ll find Riley playing touch football, surfing or camping.
