Hayley Weston

Advanced Diploma in Sports and Remedial Massage Therapy

Hayley Weston has worked as a Sports and Remedial massage therapist since 2010, having worked in both private practice and elite sporting environments. She worked at the Sydney Academy of Sport for 14 years before relocating to the Sunshine Coast, Hayley has a strong passion for helping clients with pain relief and return to activity whether it’s part of an individual rehabilitation plan or maintaining general fitness and wellbeing.

Hayley is currently the soft tissue therapist for the Australian National Women’s Football Team “The Matildas” and has been working with them since 2021, and also previously in several other elite sporting environments which includes the following:

  • UK Commonwealth Games 2022 Australian Medical Team
  • FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023 Matildas
  • Paris Olympic Games 2024 Matilda’s & AOC Medical Team
  • Rugby 7’s Men’s and Women’s programs 2016-2021
  • NSWIS Canoe Kayak Program 2016-2021
  • Cricket NSW Breakers and Women’s BBL 2020-2021

Hayley holds an Advanced Diploma in Sports and Remedial Massage Therapy, and is also certified in trigger point therapy, myofascial cupping, dry needling, and muscle energy technique (MET).

Hayley has always been an active athlete, her passion is running, and she has completed three London Marathons, competed at the World Championships as an age group Triathlete, and played Women’s Football for many years.
